Consulting, Commercial Support & Brokerage Services
From the Effective Date, the Consultant shall provide business development, commercial coordination, sourcing, project support and related consulting services to the Company, including, where requested by the Company:identifying, sourcing and introducing suppliers, manufacturers, contractors, vendors, service providers, customers, partners and other business counterparties;establishing, maintaining and coordinating communications with the Company, its customers, suppliers, partners, local representatives and other relevant counterparties;arranging, coordinating, attending and supporting meetings, calls, negotiations and follow-up communications with counterparties;assisting with the preparation, coordination and review of commercial proposals, requests for quotation, offers, orders, amendments to orders and other non-legal commercial documentation;assisting with technical specifications, product requirements, order details and related commercial or technical information received from the Company or counterparties;providing practical assistance in understanding local business practices and general market requirements;coordinating translations, interpretation, document exchange, administrative support and other ancillary services related to the Company’s commercial activities.The exact scope of Consulting Services may be confirmed by invoices, service reports, statements of work, exhibits, email correspondence or other written confirmations between the Parties.
